A beautiful pier with a covered fishing pavilion in the middle crosses the lake just in front of the cabin. This cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as a screened-in porch. The living room overlooks the lake and has glass all the way to the ceiling. There is also a wrap-around porch that goes from the front door completely around the front of the cabin to the screened-in porch. What a remarkable place to wake up and start your morning while drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the view of the lake!

Cabin number 2 is completely one level, has a tremendous lakeside location, and is wheelchair accessible throughout. With one bedroom, one bath, and an open living area with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the lake, this cabin makes the perfect private, secluded retreat.

Cabin number 3 is a two-story structure with two bedrooms and one bath downstairs, and one bedroom and one bath upstairs. The upstairs also has a sitting area which overlooks the downstairs living area. Like both of the other cabins, this one also has a floor-to-ceiling glass wall facing the lake. Centered on the glass wall is a stone wood-burning fireplace. The finishing touch is a wonderful wrap-around porch that goes from the front entrance all the way across the front of the cabin to the screened-in porch on the opposite side.

Besides all of the inviting accommodations, Blue Lake Ranch also has an incredible road system which provides great paved-road access to the cabins, as well as miles and miles of ranch roads which make travel throughout the rest of the property a possibility. One more important fact is that the Seller has the only permit to build a marina on neighboring McGee Creek Lake, and access would be gained through this ranch if the new owner wanted to take on that project.
