Rough Hollow Creek Ranch is 1,465 +/- acres situated in the heart of Oklahoma’s Big Deer Country.

Terrain

Rough Hollow Creek is gently rolling on the western portions and develops more dramatic elevation on the eastern side. There is a distinct change in the middle of the property from cattle country, with scrub oak and pasture, to stands of pine and hardwoods.

Wildlife and Water

Whitetail deer, eastern turkeys and wild pigs are plentiful on the property. Two creeks cross the property, and four ponds are scattered throughout the ranch. The water is an obvious wildlife attraction, and signs from all three main species of game can be located near the watering holes. Bobwhite quail have also been noted on the ranch, but abundant numbers are not expected.

Not only does this property have superb habitat for growing quality deer but it has been exclusively managed for trophy class animals for well over a decade. This ranch has been enrolled in the DMAP program through the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation for over ten years. This program evaluates the herd every year and allows for managed doe harvest to optimize deer quality.

Rough Hollow Creek Ranch has 1.5 miles of paved-road frontage and several miles of interior ranch roads. Electricity crosses the middle of the property from north to south. There are no structures on the ranch, but the property includes 2+ miles of high fence on the northern boundary.
