I highly recommend Kelly as the real estate agent for finding rural property. I worked with Kelly for approximately 6 months looking at multiple properties that required hiking through very rough terrain in order to see all of the property. All of the properties required the use of a 4 -wheeled vehicle to travel over all the acreages we looked at. Many of the properties did not have the borders clearly marked which made it difficult to determine exactly what you buying. Kelly went out of his way to find answers so that I could decide if the property was suitable for my use. Even on the property that I finally bought, he met us multiple times to travel over the whole 320 acres so that a final decision could be made.
