Our Philosophy
No Fences Land Company was created out of a passion for the outdoors and a love for hunting, fishing, and being amongst Gods' creatures. Our entire team at No Fences Land Company shares the same passion for what we do, and our goal of consistently being the best we can be. We are hunters, fishermen, and outdoorsmen first and foremost--and salespeople second.
The traits you will find present in working with all of the No Fences Land Company team are high levels of Character and Integrity. We don't do anything in business that we are not willing to stand behind. For example, we don't take on anything that we don't believe in 100 percent. It doesn't do anyone any good for us to list a property for sale that we don't truly believe in--especially the seller.
The first question we always ask ourselves is:
"Do I believe in this property?" Belief might consist of physical and aesthetic traits, such as topography, water resources, improvements, potential, price, local competition, comparable sales, etc.
The second question we ask ourselves is:
"Can I sell this property?" If there is any hesitation to either one of these questions, we will not consider listing the property. The reason is, it doesn't do you, the seller; any good to have your property sit on the market for a long period of time with little activity. If we have any doubts about our beliefs or our ability to sell a particular piece of property, then that will subconsciously be conveyed to a potential buyer, and it is just not a good fit for who we are as a company and what we do.
Our basic business philosophy is based on performance. We would rather have very few listings that we believe in, instead of having a number of listings that we are unsure or uneasy about. We don't abide by the philosophy of "throwing as many listings against the wall hoping that a certain percentage of them stick." If we did this, we would not be true to ourselves--and if we can't be true to ourselves, then how can we be true to our clients?
By taking the time to do things the right way, by spending the necessary dollars, and by acquiring the right resources and tools, we feel that we are positioning ourselves far out front. Therefore, everything we do, we do first class.
