Lockwood Ranch

Location: This property is located just north of Wichita Falls, in the Friberg Cooper, and Cashion Community areas.

Wichita Falls: 10 miles

Dallas/Ft. Worth: 120 miles

Oklahoma City: 140 miles

Water: There is a nice pond on the property that has been stocked, which also provides water to livestock. There are some nice larger trees along the dam that provide shade for livestock and the fisherman. Rural water is provided by Friberg Cooper Water Supply to the property as well.

Wildlife: Fish the pond on the property, which has been stocked with both bass and catfish. The property’s location offers decent dove hunting, as the surrounding agricultural fields provide excellent feeding grounds. In this area, there are whitetail deer and wild hogs. Employ supplemental feeding to attract more wildlife.

Land: The land is gently rolling and mostly open with minimal cover. The property has good grass forage for livestock and horses.

Improvements: Lockwood Ranch has a nice home built in 1992 with a 1,691 sq. ft. living area. The updated open kitchen includes a large island, pot filler, and pantry.
